Day 1 - 31 May
We started our meeting at 9 a.m. We met in the common room where we introduced ourselves and the teachers. We talked about our hobbies. After that, we watched some videos about Macedonia and their beautiful hometown Kratovo and played a Kahoot quiz about Macedonia. The winner was Pawel - one of the teachers.
After the game the host told us about the links for our groups. From 11 am to 12pm we had a lunch break. Then we joined our groups and we started with working on our tasks.
This is how the first group works on their tasks:
they were looking for information about their
topic - CULTURAL HERITAGE OF MACEDONIA.
The second group was writing the blog. They talked about what they were doing all day.
Group number 3 was talking about garbage in the ocean and about environmental issues.
They were thinking about making the
video in a form of a TV show.
The 4th group was planning the comic´s story.
They shared some ideas about the characters and their personalities.
Group number 5 had some minor technical issues with Teams but they managed to save the meeting. They were making a PowerPoint presentation about the plastic bags and bottles in the ocean, our world before and after the pollution.
And last but not least, the 6th group. They also had trouble with one of the links so it was hard for them to work, but they were making a presentation and also collecting info about COVID19 and Greta Thunberg.
Of course, all of the groups were working hard. They were sharing their ideas, doing presentations and planning their projects. At 1.30 pm we met again in the common room. We shared our thoughts about the day and checked the Programme for the next day. After we discussed everything we closed the day with a smile on our faces.
